Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Praanvi Foundation, we value transparency and trust in all donations made to support our charitable work.

Donation Cancellation

You may cancel a donation before the payment is processed. Once the payment is successfully processed and a receipt is generated, the donation cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

Donations made to Praanvi Foundation are generally non-refundable because funds are immediately directed toward community projects in education, health, environment, skill development, and livelihoods.

Exceptions

• Duplicate or erroneous payments (e.g., charged twice).
• Technical errors during payment processing.

In such exceptional cases, refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the donation via email to info@praanvifoundation.org.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days to the original payment method. We reserve the right to deduct any applicable bank or gateway charges.

Tax Receipts

If a refund is issued, the tax exemption receipt (if issued) will be cancelled or adjusted accordingly.
